Key Responsibilities: • Manage production team and product flow ensuring clear communications across all departments • Efficiently allocate team and resources to fulfill incoming order stream • Continuously audit production process and operations to optimize raw materials purchasing and production time and actions • Liaise between all vendors to ensure defined weekly and monthly targets are met • Oversee and manage all raw material and inventory ordering and reporting • Track demand needs and manage necessary ordering to maintain inventory levels • Source raw materials and new vendors for competitive pricing, as required • Track and report on product costing and margins Ideal Requirements: • Minimum of 2 to 3 years in the jewelry industry in production management • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong initiative to execute to high-quality standards • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills • A natural problem solver that enjoys creating order and process but remains adaptable • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment against deadlines Compensation will be commensurate with industry experience
