Sudarshan Jewellers is looking to hire Billing Specialist for Bangalore Store.

Responsibilities

• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming vendor payments 
• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
• Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices using ERP Software
• Check the validity of debit accounts
• Update AR database with new accounts or missed payments
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
• Be the point of contact for any Client payment issues

Requirements 

• Previous experience working as Billing Specialist
• Willing to address the accounting gaps and improve the billing process
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial data
• Good exposure to MS office tools
• Decent Communication Skills
• At least a graduate degree in relevant field
