We are looking for Business Development Manager with 3+ years of experience for our  Chennai location.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right merchandise.
• You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
• Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
• A good understanding of Loose Jewellery and experience in the required field are most important. 
• Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
• Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
• Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Business Cycle Management, Account Management and selling multiple solutions offered by the company
• Plan approaches and pitch.
• Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
• Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in the preparation of proposals. Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
• Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.
• Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development.

· Understand the fundamentals of online sales.
