CAD Designer Manager must have in-depth experience and knowledge creating jewellery pieces of intermediate to advanced difficulty levels in Rhino. Responsible for execution of designs while adhering to functional and aesthetic objectives as proposed by the customers and managing the designing team too.
Responsibilities:
Will be managing the team and guiding the team to:
- Create designs from start to finish with minimal supervision and understand team processes and aesthetics fluently.
- Be able to help create functional designs by understanding sketches and technical specifications in detail.
- Knowledge and ability to create stone settings and mechanisms such as claps, connections, and hinges.
- Provide input on timelines to completion; translate design concept into a physical piece within established project time frame.
- Be knowledgeable of production techniques and how to build and split models for various production processes.
Qualification & Competencies Required
- 5-10 years of work experience as a CAD Designer.
- Higher Secondary passed or related.
- Knowledge of Software: Matrix (must), Rhinoceros, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Auto-Cad, MS Office, or any other rendering software.
- Good in technical and aesthetic knowledge.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Up to date with the latest industry trends and developments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and strict deadlines.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
