TBZ is  looking for Counter managers who are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their stores and grow the Sales for Store in Vapi.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the work of other staff members such as cashiers or sales associates as needed
• Supporting other managers by providing training to new employees or helping with difficult customers
• Maintaining an awareness of current events in order to create a positive customer experience
• Determining staffing needs in order to provide the best possible customer service experience
• Assisting with inventory management by ordering new merchandise when necessary and monitoring sales figures to identify trends and plan future purchases accordingly
• Ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date

• 2+ years of experience in the related field or luxury retail background.
