Responsibilities:
- To define the goals of the company and integrate the team towards the same
- Responsible to achieve the target given by the management and increase the performance of the company
- Prepare necessary documents (eg: Monthly review, Performance report)
- Act as the bridge between the team and management
- Analysing buying trends, customer needs and store’s profits etc.
- strategy building, marketing plans for the company's improvisation
