Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that reflect our brand’s values and product offerings.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely to various campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Lead the creation of marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Plan and execute events such as product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
• Evaluate the success of various marketing campaigns, providing reports to senior executives, and pivoting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a marketing role with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
• Experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
