Firefly Diamonds is a boutique jewelry brand known for fine craftsmanship, ethical sourcing, and personalized service. We’re growing our Bangalore team and looking for customer-focused sales professionals.
Responsibilities
1. Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend diamond/jewelry pieces
2. Explain product features, certifications, pricing, and care
3. Drive sales, meet monthly targets, and handle billing/POS
4. Maintain store displays, stock, and cleanliness
5. Follow up with leads, manage appointments, and support after-sales service
Requirements
1. 1–3 years of retail sales experience (jewelry or premium retail preferred)
2. Strong communication skills in English; Kannada/Hindi is a plus
3. Customer-first attitude, confidence, and professionalism
4. Basic computer skills (POS, CRM) and comfort with WhatsApp follow-ups
5. Willingness to work weekends and retail hours
