The Retail Jewelry Sales Executive is responsible for selling luxury jewelry in a retail setting.

They will use their knowledge and expertise to guide customers through the selection process and provide excellent customer service. 

 

Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide customers with outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction 
• Utilize sales techniques to create opportunities for upselling and add-on sales 
• Educate customers on the characteristics of different jewelry pieces 
• Help customers find the right piece of jewelry to meet their needs 
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance the cash register at the end of each shift 
• Ensure merchandise is organized and properly displayed 

 

Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or jewelry setting 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Knowledge of luxury jewelry products and trends 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal
