We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Jewelry CAD Design Lead to join our team. The CAD Design Lead will be responsible for leading the design process, creating high-quality and intricate jewelry designs using computer-aided design software. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of jewelry design, an eye for detail, and the ability to bring concepts to life through digital rendering.

Jewelry CAD Designer Lead Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the jewelry CAD design team, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and production to ensure designs meet brand standards and customer expectations
- Create detailed and complex jewelry designs using computer-aided design software, considering factors such as materials, dimensions, gemstone placement, and manufacturing feasibility
- Conduct research on current industry trends and competitor offerings to develop innovative and unique jewelry designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions until final approval is obtained
- Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications
- Maintain accurate records of all design-related documents, including sketches, technical drawings, and CAD files

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design or a related

-Atleast 5 yr experience in Matrix Software with Leadership Experience

-Decent English Communication Skills
