We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive for our Jewelry store in Chennai. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, increasing sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon entering the store 
• Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers 
• Ensure that all products are well-stocked and properly displayed 
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment 
• Monitor customer complaints and feedback 
• Process customer transactions using POS system 
• Track inventory levels and restock shelves as needed 
• Accurately record sales information into database 
• Work with management to develop effective sales strategies 

Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred 
• Previous retail sales experience required 
• Excellent customer service skills

• Fluent in English and Tamil is a must
