The Jewelry Design Head is responsible for managing the jewelry design process and ensuring that jewelry designs are created in accordance with customer specifications.

Jewelry Design Head Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs that meet customer specifications and current trends
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to create unique jewelry designs
• Ensure that all designs are produced on time and within budget 
• Oversee design staff, coordinate the workflow, and provide guidance and support to the team
• Liaise with suppliers to source materials and components for the production of jewelry 
• Supervise the production of prototypes, assess quality control standards, and ensure that final products meet customer expectations 
• Establish relationships with customers, manage customer feedback, and develop strategies for customer retention 
• Maintain accurate records of all designs, materials, supplies, and production processes

- To guide, manage and lead the design teams and effectively manage this crucial creative resource.

- Monitoring Quality Control of Manual Designing.

- Create new styles / range and communicating specifications to Designers, CAD/CAM and Production Teams and ensuring predefined norms.

- To develop and institutionalize design processes, so as to create ranges that are new, trendy, innovative and commercially viable, for all categories, on a seasonal basis.

- Training new designers and monitor their performance for creativity and exquisiteness of product design.

- Forecasting trends, developing inspiration design direction for each season.

Jewelry Design Head Job Requirements: 

- 5 Years of leadership experience, managing design and creative team doubts.

- Highly creative and an innovative with strong designing skills.

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and briefs.

- Experience with Corel Draw, Rhino, etc.

- Organized and self-motivated.

- Freehand drawing, 2D drawing, and Technical drawing skills

- Manufacturing process knowledge.

- Management skills to manage creative people.

- Ability to grasp the business realities & having Strong analytics skills.
