Job Description
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence with jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while delivering an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect new B2B clients in the diamond and jewelry industry
* Manage and grow existing accounts; ensure repeat business
* Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
* Prepare quotes, follow up on inquiries, and close deals
* Coordinate with operations for order fulfillment and timely delivery
* Track sales pipeline and report performance using CRM tools
* Stay updated on pricing, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
* 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in diamonds/gems/jewelry
* Strong network in the Mumbai market is a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets
* Comfortable with CRM and basic Excel
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
