Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for our flagship Mumbai store and other retail locations.
• Design window displays, showcase arrangements, and in-store layouts to highlight our lab grown diamond collections.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, maintaining high standards of luxury presentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and maximize conversion.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices.
• Source and manage display materials, props, and fixtures within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury retail, jewelry design, and sustainable fashion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Visual Merchandiser in luxury retail or fine jewelry (lab grown diamond experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, especially within jewelry or premium lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional sense of style, color, and spatial arrangements.
• Understanding of luxury consumer psychology and buying behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) is a plus.
