Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Coimbatore and the surrounding areas.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable jewelry products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English and local language(s) of the Coimbatore region.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

 

Experience:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the retail jewelry industry.
