Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Showcase a deep knowledge of our jewellery collections, including diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
• Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on various jewellery designs and styles.
• Conduct sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the jewellery displays and store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• A passion for jewellery and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• A motivated and results-oriented mindset.
