The incumbent should be a Post Graduate with 6 - 7 years of experience in Social Media activities to develop, implement and manage our Social Media strategy across all Social Media platforms. Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. Social media manager will be in charge of representing a company across social channels as the sole voice of the brand. He has to respond to comments, compile campaigns and create content. These experts provide organizations with the guidance needed to enhance their online presence.1. Closely work with Agency and Stakeholders to manage Social Media.2. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure that content is informative and appealing.3. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.4. Manage and oversee Social Media content.5. Measure the success of every Social Media Campaign.6. Experience in ORM (Online Reputation Management) will be ideal.7. Should have the ability to identify critical social posts as well as patterns emerging from posts.8. Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
