We are  looking for Marketing Executive for our Jewellery store at Coimbatore to

Support the Marketing department on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing marketing campaigns and strategies

 Key responsibilities: 

• Analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support. 
• Identify challenges and opportunities, propose initiatives and strategic insights to support management decisions on long term direction and planning. 
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders with the sensitivity of direct and indirect impact on them by planning ahead together and updating the progress throughout.
• Provide proactive support for the Retail team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them appropriate and measurable support, tools, and feedback. 
• Collaborate closely with the retail and merchandising team on product launches and define marketing programs. 
• Assist and execute detailed planning and execution of “One Customer Journey” through product marketing, consumer experience, events, and digital campaigns in line with brand image. 
• Influence and partner with Communications and brand team to manage PR presence and direct programs to improve brand awareness and desirability. 
• Establish partnership with Media (internal and agency) on advertising planning to define priorities and focus. 
• Establish customer databases and segmentation. 
• Translate data into knowledge and build actionable campaigns to maximize impact on target audience.
•  Compile comprehensive studies and analyses on spending habits, trends, campaigns and events feedback to better serve our local clients and prospects.  
• Network with external parties and vendors to facilitate promotional activities. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• University graduates or above(Specialization in marketing would be an added advantage)
• Freshers interested in Marketing can apply.
• Excellent communication skills(English and local)
• Quick learner.
• Good knowledge about marketing
