Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, creating an environment that is engaging and inspiring to both customers and employees.
• Implement strategies to drive store sales while maintaining operational excellence.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff; conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits; present these reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with marketing department to ensure that the store is well-marketed and promotions are effective.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze market trends.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end jewellery.
• Proven track record of sales excellence and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• A flair for visual merchandising and a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred.
