Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The sales executive is responsible for interacting with the customers on a daily basis.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, prices, and product availability
- Process payments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Engaging in end-to-end customer service and sales.
- In a passionate dialogue, on a highly personalized basis and facilitate the selection & acquisition of high-end jewellery, diamonds and collectables of their choice.
- The interaction will include welcoming the customer, listening to the customer needs, understanding their needs and showing the jewelry matching their needs.
- Build relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Assist with special promotions or events
- Ensure store displays are kept clean and organized
- High morals and ethics are expected from the employees.
- We are looking for a long term and a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
- Must have good command over English & local languages.

Requirements:
- Atleast a Graduate Degree is preferred
- Jewelry Retail Sales Experience is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast
- Atleast 1+ yr experience in Jewelry Preferred
