Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, setting performance goals and providing training and guidance.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized service and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to drive footfall and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to stay updated and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
