Roles and Responsibilities
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
- Understanding need of customer & Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Conversion of sale, Up/Cross selling
- Assisting in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
- Complete Stock Counting & Tallying
- Focus on Non-Purchaser follow up
- Provides outstanding customer service
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital platform i.e. Social media & basic computer knowledge
- Able to work with team
- Passion for sales
- 1-3 years of retail sales/jewellery sales experience preferred
Exclusive Product Training with sales communication skills will be provided from the company.
Qualification: Any Graduate
