Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Train, develop, and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory department to ensure availability of products.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the showroom and increase footfall.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set targets, and provide feedback to the team.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to showcase products effectively.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the jewelry or luxury retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
• In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, industry trends, and market competition.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and inventory management systems.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work on weekends or during peak business periods.
