Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide advice on product selection 
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and other operational tasks 
• Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to management 
• Monitor customer feedback to help improve the sales process 
• Develop relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business

• Proven experience in retail sales or a related field 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
