Tanishq Franchise is looking to hire experienced Jewellery Karigar for the Chennai. Someone who is good at purity checking. Bench Working etc.
Responsibilities
Reporting to
Store Manager
To ensure good after sale service of the boutique / regional centre
Ø Repairing defective stock product
Ø Handling Instore repair like soldering, sizing, polishing, stone setting, etc
Ø Melting of GEP gold as per SOP
Ø Purity checking of GEP gold
Ø Jewellery cleaning to customers.
Ø Maintaining Karigar room up keep, implementing kanbans & lean
Ø Helping RSO's to take customized orders
Ø Maintaining and calibrating Karat meter machine as per SOP.
Ø Maintaining and accounting of service spare and material
Ø Creating and maintaining service records like CCAF
Ø On time service to the customers
Ø Quality repair / service
Ø Quantity serviced
Ø Master karigar with bench working, polishing, stone setting and finishing skills having 5 to 10 years experience
Ø Good knowledge of repairing / modifying gold and diamond jewellery products
Ø Good communication skills including local language and co-ordination skills with customers and RSOs
Ø Preferably 10th pass / completed Jewellery making course from jewellery institute
