Job Description

  1. The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of sales for the showroom.
  2. Efficient Showroom Operation.
  3. Achieving individual sales targets.
  4. Managing a team of sales professionals to meet set targets & adherence to SOPs.
  5. Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
  6. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
  7. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  8. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
