Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the desired Turnover and growth of the showroom at expected lines with the Management.

2.Responsible for Growth in Gold, Silver, MRP, Diamond & Schemes, also new product categories added by the organization during the year.

3.Responsible for Profitability of the showroom under him.

4.Responsible to increase Walk Ins and Invoices in the showroom.

5.Responsible for increasing revenue per employee at store and also train employees to deliver expectations.

6.Conduct In-store and outdoor Marketing activities to promote Business. 

7.Watch the market trend, scenario and sync with the latest developments and upgrade the show room for improvement.
