Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery pieces
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a neat and organized jewellery counter and display area
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and new jewellery collections

Requirements:

• Previous experience in jewellery sales, preferably in a retail environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of different types of jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• UAE work experience is preferred
