Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the CAD design team
• Oversee all CAD design projects and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with production and design teams
• Train and mentor junior designers
• Maintain high quality standards in designs

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in jewellery CAD design
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proficient in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
