Job Title: Head of Department – Finished Goods (Jewellery) | Mumbai

Position: Finished Goods HOD
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in Jewellery Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete Finished Goods operations from production to final dispatch.

• Manage inventory control, quality checks, and documentation for all outgoing jewellery pieces.

• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Implement best practices for stock management, quality assurance, and logistics.

• Lead and mentor the Finished Goods team to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain detailed records and reports on product flow and stock reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finished Goods management within the jewellery industry.

• Strong understanding of jewellery production, quality control, and inventory systems.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in ERP or jewellery management software preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
