Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Loss Control Manager to build and lead our loss prevention and risk control program.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive loss control strategy covering production floors, finishing rooms, vaults, stores, and logistics.
2. Establish and monitor SOPs for material movement (gold, diamonds, gemstones), returns, rework, and scrap/filings reconciliation.
3. Lead physical security measures: access controls, CCTV coverage and audits, sealing protocols, and alarm response.
Implement cycle counts and full inventory audits; investigate variances and drive corrective actions.
4. Analyze data to identify patterns of shrinkage or process gaps; publish dashboards and KPIs.
5. Conduct risk assessments for vendors, transporters, and retail partners; set SLAs and controls.
6. Train staff and supervisors on fraud awareness, material handling, and documentation standards.
7. Manage incident investigations (theft, process lapses, EHS-related incidents) and produce root-cause analyses.
8. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, Compliance, HR, and Legal on controls and disciplinary actions.
9. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies; prepare for customer and third‑party audits.
10. Oversee insurance-related matters: risk surveys, valuations, policy adequacy, and claims support.
11. Continuously improve through technology: RFID/barcoding, weighing systems, route tracking, and analytics.
Requirements
You will be responsible for minimizing inventory shrinkage, improving process controls, ensuring compliance, and leading incident response across our facilities and supply chain.

2. 6–10 years of experience in loss prevention/risk control, ideally in jewelry, precious metals, luxury goods, manufacturing, or high‑value warehousing.
3. Proven success reducing shrinkage and strengthening controls in high-value, high-precision environments.
