Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of Wondr Diamonds.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending prospects for employment.
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, employment agencies, and other recruitment sources.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Plan and attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and integrate new hires into our company culture.
• Manage application tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on retail industry recruitment.
• Familiarity with the luxury retail market and the specific competencies required for success within it.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR software and candidate management systems.
