Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly and effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist in setting up new workstations and ensuring connectivity to the network.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
• Document and maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and repairs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Hardware Support professional or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
• Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Certification in relevant IT hardware support or related field is a plus.
