Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide advice on legal issues related to corporate, commercial, and labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle disputes, litigations, and liaise with external legal counsel when required.
• Offer proactive legal support to various departments within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; LLM is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of Indian legal frameworks and regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
