Wondr Diamonds Coimbatore is looking to hire an experienced General Manager who is responsible for overseeing the entire jewelry manufacturing process.

General Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewelry manufacturing department, ensuring production goals are met. 
• Create and implement strategies and policies to ensure that the jewelry manufacturing process is both cost-effective and profitable. 
• Oversee hiring and training of new employees for the jewelry manufacturing department. 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 
• Maintain records and track production process, including inventory levels, quality control, and safety protocols. 
• Monitor trends in the industry to keep up with the latest developments. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the business. 
 

General Manager Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 
• 15+ years experience in Managing the Jewelry Production 

• Must be fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi 

• Must be a great team player and leader for the organization 

•Knows the in and out process in Jewelry Manufacturing
