Wondr Diamonds is looking to hire  Quality Assurance Manager who is responsible for ensuring the quality of Lab grown diamonds products and services.

QA Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures 
• Monitor product quality throughout production and distribution 
• Review customer feedback to evaluate product performance 
• Lead internal audits to ensure that processes are being followed 
• Create reports to analyze production trends and identify areas of improvement 
• Train staff on quality assurance procedures 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

QA Manager Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field 
• 9+ years of experience in a quality assurance role 
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must have atleast 5 years of QMS implementation

• Well versed in ISO and other Quality Standards related to jewelry manufacturing

• Fluent in English, Hindi/Tamil
