We’re a growing jewelry brand focused on quality, design, and customer delight. We’re looking for a Data Analyst with strong Excel skills to turn our data into insights that improve sales, inventory, and marketing decisions.
1. Build and maintain Excel dashboards and reports for sales, inventory, and marketing performance
2. Clean, merge, and analyze datasets (ecommerce, retail, marketplaces, CRM)
3. Create advanced Excel models (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas) to forecast demand and track KPIs
4. Identify trends, product performance, and customer behavior; recommend actions to stakeholders
5. Support pricing, assortment, and campaign analysis
6. Ensure data accuracy and documentation
Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
2. Expert-level Excel: Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, advanced formulas (INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS), charts, and data validation
3. Experience with large datasets and data cleaning
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
5. Good communication skills; able to present findings clearly to non-technical teams
6. Nice to have: SQL/Google BigQuery, Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio, ecommerce analytics (Shopify, Amazon), GA4, basic Python
