Seeking an experienced Client Advisor for a leading luxury jewelry brand at Mumbai Taj Palace Kolaba. Must have a background in jewelry or luxury retail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and engage clients to understand their preferences and guide them through product selections.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring premium brand experience.
4. Maintain product knowledge, staying updated with collections, materials, and craftsmanship details.
5. Handle client queries, exchanges, and after-sales service with professionalism.
6. Ensure visual merchandising standards and stock displays are maintained.
7. Support store operations, including billing and inventory coordination.
Requirements
1. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in jewelry, luxury retail, or premium fashion.
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
3. Personality: Confident, polished, and customer-oriented.
4.Education: Graduate or equivalent preferred.
