The CAD Co is looking to hire Customer Success Manager with passion for better customer engagement, for their Mumbai Office.


Our customer service team delivers proactive and immediate support to our customers at all times, through various means be it by phone, email, text or chat. We believe that the experience our company provides is as important as the service we provide.
You will join a fun and friendly environment, where everyone loves what they do and focuses on delivering immaculate work that breaks new ground and engages customers. We are extremely passionate about the intersection of jewelry and technology and how technology can be applied to digital jewelry imagery to craft powerful presentations.

What you will do
● Reach out to customers for generating leads.
● Identifying customer requirements/needs.
● Establishing a good rapport with the customers and coordinating with them on regular basis.
● Coordinating with various department heads to promptly pass on the feedback shared by the customers
● Providing outstanding customer service
● Maintaining confidentiality of information.
● Performing other CS related duties as designated and when the need arises.
● Monitor the predetermined daily, weekly and monthly targets.
● Manage and coordinate the manufacturing of the product right from order placing till shipment.
