Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products offered by Diamond Atelier.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Attending networking activities, trade shows to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients abroad
- Cold calling prospects/emailing them to schedule meeting with the Sales Heads.
- Cross training Marketing Team to promote and position the brand among the community.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Requirements:
- At least a degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- At least 2+ years experience in Business Development
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products
- Well groomed, Professional approach to handling clients.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with good research skills.
- Willing to take difficult assignments
