Responsibilities:

 

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products offered by Diamond Atelier.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Attending networking activities, trade shows to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients abroad
  • Cold calling prospects/emailing them to schedule meeting with the Sales Heads.
  • Cross training Marketing Team to promote and position the brand among the community.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

 

 Requirements:

 

  • At least a degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • At least 2+ years experience in Business Development
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products 
  • Well groomed, Professional approach to handling clients.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with good research skills.
  • Willing to take difficult assignments
