Job Description

• Maintain day to day books of Accounts in tally.
• Maintain journal entry sale, purchase & exp invoice
• E invoicing knowledge required 
• Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Maintain Import/Export payment and related work
• Ledger scrutiny & Reconciliation with customer & supplier 
• Controlling debtors & creditors ledgers (Ageing work)
• Preparations of various GST returns (GSTR3B, GSTR1 & GST audit)
• Calculation of monthly TDS Liabilities
• Filling of T.D.S & T.C.S returns & related activities
• Reconciliation of 26AS with data 
• Coordination required with auditor
• MIS related work of accounts as per requirement of Director
• Finalisation of accounts
• Looking at the work load in the factory, late seating will have to be done
• If any takes leave before prior permission your HOD

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance B.com/M.com or MBA finance preferred.
• 4-5 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting standards
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• GST, TDS knowledge is must
• ICWA Certification is preferred
