Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collections, including features, benefits, and care instructions, to accurately inform and advise customers.
• Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques and maintaining a thorough understanding of current promotions and product offerings.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the presentation of the store and the merchandise in a clean, organized, and attractive manner.
• Inventory Management: Participate in stock management, including receiving, checking, replenishing, and organizing stock to ensure availability of products.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals, sharing insights on customer trends and feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in high-end jewelry or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
