Thangamayil Jewellery Job: Facility Management Officer at Thangamayil Jewellery Private Limited

Responsibilities

 1. Thorough job knowledge on security & safety aspects 

2. Ensure 100% manning on all days 

3. Patrolling to branches 

4. Liaising with Police Officials 

5. Complete adherence of SOPs, Policies & Procedures. 

6. Co-ordination with Security Agencies. 

7. To verify & confirm all the statutory payments done by security agencies related to the contract. 

8. Ensure all fire extinguishers are of usable conditions at all times. 

9. Ensure grooming standard of security is of high standard 10. Training on Fire Safety to security guards, branch employees, housekeeping staff. 

11. Training on customer service, security standards to security guards 

12. To co-ordinate with CCTV on a regular basis 

13. MIS reports 

14. To escalate any non-routine happenings / critical issues immediately. 

15. To upkeep hygiene at all times in branches, Temple Square, Corporate Office, Bungalows, Temple, Factories etc. 16. To maintain all chemicals, sanitizers, broomsticks are available at all times. 

17. To ensure proper grooming of house-keeping staff at all times. 

18. To ensure good customer service from house-keeping staff 

19. To ensure proper behaving of Security guards & House-keeping staff at all times. 

20. Ensure all security guards; house-keeping staff receives salary on or before 5th of every month.

Age: Between 30 and 35 years

Qualification : 

1. Any degree ; 

2. Knowledge on Fire Safety, First Aid, Evacuation, will be an added advantage 

3. Willing to travel minimum 20 days in a month. 

Experience Minimum 10 years experience in Security as Field Officer
