UMA Jewellery Job: Hiring Security Guard at Uma Ornaments, Leading Jewellery Manufacturer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring a secure environment for customers and staff.
• Conduct regular security checks and patrols around the shop floor and storage areas to prevent theft, vandalism, or any irregular activity.
• Operate security systems and surveillance equipment to monitor the premises and detect suspicious behavior.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances while coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Implement security protocols for the handling, transportation, and display of high-value jewellery items.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily security operations and incidents.
• Provide a courteous and professional service to ensure a positive experience for customers and employees.
• Assist in emergency situations, including fire outbreaks or medical emergencies, following established procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Security Guard, with at least 5 years in a jewellery store or similar high-value retail environment.
• A valid security guard license issued by the Maharashtra state authority.
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• Strong understanding of security protocols related to high-value items.
• Excellent observation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to act calmly and decisively in stressful situations.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with staff and customers.
• Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and capable of responding quickly to emergencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.
