Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the dispatch process of jewelry items through GATI software, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists, aligning with company policies and compliance standards.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
• Implement best practices in logistics and dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched goods for inventory management and audit purposes.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that all orders are correctly packaged and labeled before dispatch.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatch operator or similar role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
• Billing and Pricing Experience with GATI software
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi.
• Attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality in all work processes.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
