UMA Ornament Job: Production Planning Executive at Uma Ornaments, Leading Jewellery Manufacturer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing production plans and schedules in accordance with company targets and deadlines.
• Monitor production progress against the schedule and report discrepancies to the senior planning executive.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure material availability and production readiness.
• Analyze production specifications and capacity data, and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
• Assist in inventory management and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure that inventory levels are maintained according to production needs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks in the production process and suggesting solutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production status and progress for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Jewellery Industry experience is a must
