UMA Ornament Job: Junior CRM Executive at Uma Ornaments, Leading Jewellery Manufacturer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Manage and update customer database with contact details and interaction history.
• Monitor customer feedback on various platforms and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotional offers, and newsletters.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in our products and services.
• Prepare regular reports on CRM activities and their impact on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or CRM roles, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
