Responsibilities:

1. Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department.
2. Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and ensure on-time delivery.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with materials procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials.
4. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure smooth transition from product design to production.
5. Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
6. Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient workflow.
7. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer preferences and market trends, ensuring alignment with production capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in jewelry design, manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing techniques, processes, and new age designs
