UMA Ornaments Job: Hiring Diamond CVD Operator at Uma Ornaments, Leading Jewellery Manufacturer

Responsibilities:
 

• Operate and monitor CVD diamond growing equipment to produce synthetic diamonds according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Set up and prepare the CVD growth chamber, including loading diamond seed holders, preparing precursor gases, and ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment.
• Monitor and control key parameters such as temperature, pressure, gas flow rates, and plasma power to optimize diamond growth and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CVD equipment to ensure its proper functioning, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate the timely delivery of synthetic diamonds for further processing into finished jewelry pieces.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
   

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in chemistry, materials science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in CVD Diamond Operation is a must
