· Managing the day to day accounting transactions

· Reconciling all accounts

· Preparing the monthly accounts

· Managing the accounts receivable and payable function

· Payroll processing and other associated payroll tasks

· Preparation and lodgment of monthly or quarterly business activity statements

· Liaising with the external Chartered Accounting firm for yearly accounts and tax issues

· Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

· Ensure that all production costs are properly taken in the cost of sales and inventory costs.

· Supervision of an Operator

· Basic administrative tasks

INVENTORY CONTROL (Very Important Task, must have experience of this):

• Conduct Daily Reports for Physical Inventory against in Software Inventory
• Enter shipping and inventory data in a computer system
• Monitors and maintains current inventory Stock levels.
• Develops and determines the inventory accounting methods and also analyses the inventory related reports.

SKILLS AND Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

· Minimum 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience (Highly Experienced Person)

· Strong level of accuracy & attention to detail

· Ability to take on responsibility and accountability

· Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience with Tally or other accounting software

· Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization and with clients (English)

· Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation

· Highly detail-oriented
